Error when installing the Adobe Photosshop CS3

I'm try to install the Adobe Photoshop CS3. When click the install option Adobe Application Manager shows Update failed

    Please post a screen capture not a photo.   Your Photo looks looks more like your doing something with After Effects install zip file not using  Photoshop CS3 menu Help>Updates.   Can not see any Application Manager screen or whet you tried to install with the Application Manager.  The application manager and CS3 are very old.  You can try downloading the CS3 updates using this link Adobe - Photoshop : For Windows  and installing them manually.
