Error while opening Photoshop CS6

Windows system version:  64-bit operating system, x64-based processor 

while trying to open the Abode Photoshop CS6 13.0 MLP AOO, system is showing an erroe. the status of error is: 0xc0000020. Here is the screenshot of the error.
