Error with Adobe Photoshop account

New Here ,
Sep 29, 2025 Sep 29, 2025

Dear Adobe Photoshop Support Team,

I have been experiencing the error shown in the attached screenshot for about a week. My company account has already been purchased and registered, and it was working normally until last week. My internet connection is stable.

Could you please let me know what this error means and how I can resolve it?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Best regards,

Hi!

We are sorry to hear you are having this issue! Did you update anything before this happened? What version of Photoshop are you running?

Michelle

Hey, @Ken lai. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in and found two profiles, one of which has an active subscription from an Enterprise.

There are three layers to this:

First, check with the Enterprise subscription Admin to understand if you have the required permissions to access: https://adobe.ly/3WEFitJ

If an IT team manages the device, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/3STmkga

You can also try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on a different/alternate device & internet network to rule out if it's a network issue.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
