Error with brush tool

Hello.

I'm working with layers and i selected a brush to work a image. When i change the tipe of brush (to a soft brush), it moves automaticaly to the clear tool. 

Does anyone has this problem?

What exact version of Photoshop and operating system do you have, have you tried resetting the Brush Tool

Hello, some brush preset now save the tool in addition to the brush tip.

To only load the brush tip, Ctrl+Alt+click on the brush tip you want.
