EXPORT AS too slow in Photoshop versions 24.2 and up.

Here is my system information. After some investigation, I found that the culprit is a single layer containing an image with a gradient, which has transparency and is larger than the canvas. I discovered that if I resize the image to the width of the canvas, the issue with cropping no longer occurs. It's interesting to note that the same layer is present in the 1080x1920 px series of this same project, yet I don't encounter this issue there. Unfortunately, I'm unable to share any images due to a non-disclosure agreement.

I wanted to thank you for your help. Interestingly, this issue of incorrect image cropping when using "Legacy Export As" is only occurring with this particular file. Unfortunately, I have many copies of this file with different text. I should note that this problem does not occur with any of the files in the 1080x1920 px series, nor with any new 1080x1080 px files that I have created.

Thank you for the update @rodrigor38401214. Would it be possible for you to share a video of your workflow for the team to see what your steps are, or can you give us steps so that we can try to reprodue what you are seeing?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.  

When I attempt to use Legacy Export As, the problem of slowness is resolved. However, I am now facing an even worse issue where the exported images are being cropped incorrectly. As you can see, the exported images are meant to have a resolution of 1080x1080 pixels, but they are being exported at a resolution of only 959x1080 pixels.  If I change the canvas size to 1080x1080, the final image is still cropped incorrectly but with transparent pixels on the sides. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a solution to this problem.
