I want to Export Photoshop 3D - Collada DAE with Textures into another program and be able to edit the texture (paint on it essentially) - the other program is Esko studio Toolkit / Visualizer

I'm really new to this - here's my question:

I'm using Photoshop to make relatively simple custom 3D objects (I'll use Blender once I get up to speed).

I export the 3D objects as Collada DAE files (with textures), in order to use in a program called Esko Studio Toolkit.

What I get is a 3D model that is just white, and I can't apply a 'texture'/paint to it - any ideas?

Have you tried 3D > Export 3D layer and checked "Textures" ?

Oh for sure, I haven't test all 20 formats or whatever though...
