Export scaling is broken in 25.9 & 25.9.1

I had to roll back to 25.7 because export scaling at 3x looks horrendous in 25.9 and 25.9.1. I hope this issue is addressed in the next version.

It would be nice to have some context and perhaps a screenshot...

For instance, what is the size of the original? If you're upsampling 3x from the original, it's going to look horrible regardless. That feature is intended to work from a larger original.

I now see why you're asking if it's a Photoshop question. When I posted I could have swore I selected Photoshop Ecosystem. Aparently that's not the case. My apologies.

No. I'm pointing out that exporting at 3x is broken in 25.9 and 25.9.1 and letting the community know, if they run into the same problems, simply roll back to 25.7 to fix the issue. If I had a question I would have phrased my post differently.
