Hi
Is there any way of exporting the first frame of a video in Photoshop. I need it to be the poster frame for a web video and I can't work out how to do this?
Many thanks,
Paul.
Hi
In the video timeline move the cursor to the frame you want (in your case the first)
Click at the bottom left (Convert to frame animation)
This will convert to a single animation frame in the timeline
Then Export - Save for web (legacy) and set your jpeg settings (quality etc) as required

Thank you very much!
I had another method of doing this, but this is way more streamlined and less time consuming than my previous solution.
