Export to jpeg - annoying colour change

I've suddenly had a problem with a colour change when I export a Tif to jpeg (for the web) in PS. I don't know why this has happened, but I think it might be as a result of the last PS update.

If I export a photo as a jpeg in Lightroom I have no problems. In Photoshop it doesn't make any difference if I choose Save As, or Export for the web, the colour still changes. If a photo has, for example, a blue sky, the sky looks purplish. If there are skin tones then they look darker and a sort of 'spray tan orange' colour.

I'm working in LR with ProPhoto and the same in PS. Should I be exporting as sRGB for the web? Mind you, have tried that and no change - it still looks awful. I've spent literally hours trying to find out what's wrong.

Help gratefully appreciated.

Converting to sRGB and embedding the profile is an absolute must for images going on the web.

In the Save for web and Export dialogs, make sure that both Convert to sRGB and Embed profile are checked.

If you do a Save as, use Edit > Convert to profile to convert to sRGB first, then make sure the ICC profile box is checked in the Save dialog.

Thank you. Obvious really, but you know what it's like when you've been trying something for hours - you can easily miss the obvious!
