Exporting a GIF

Hi All,

When I try to export the gif for Web, the image looks like it's being sliced into different section. Does anyone know how to undo this and to export the gif as one whole image? The image attached is what the pre-sets are looking like.

no, it's literally just a box that i made using the rectangle tool in photoshop. i dont know why its slicing it up like that.

Could you provide th efile or please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

Does the image contain slices?
