I jumped ship from LR to Bridge/ACR about a year ago. No regrets - well there are a couple of things I miss (batch watermarks and the "previous" button), but I'm curious about the size at which my files are being exported. I export as maximum (10), resolution 300, and no resizing. For example, with my Lumix files, it shows as 12.1 mp but when I upload it to my website it comes through as only 1.62mb. My EOS R files show as 30.1 mb but after saving as jpg they are 5.10 mb.
I do remember that back in LR my 5DMKII files always uploaded onto my website ranging from 10-12 mb and the original files on the 5D are smaller than the EOS R.
Can someone enlighten me as to why my exported files are so small? What am I doing wrong?
