Exporting glass effect PNG

Hey!
I was wondering, is there a way to export Glass Morphism effect out of Ps as an PNG and use it as an transparent image in OBS overlay? I want to make couple of glass floating boards with text on them and under them, but I would love to keep that effect. Is it even possible in photoshop? If not, do I need some other type of software to create it? Can it be done with after effects and exporting transparent video and just play it in loop in OBS?

I had to Google OBS but having found what it is, I then looked to see if it supports layers (it does) and then if it supports PSD layers (which it also does).  So you are home and dry.  Create your effects, lower thirds etc. in Photoshop, and load them into OBS and position them over your video layers.
