I have some iPhone mockups in a photoshop file but when I select one of them and export to png using quick export it exports the whole image size even if background is not selected so how to export only the mockup ?

Before exporting, try using Image > Trim to remove extra background around the mockup.

If that's not what you're looking for, post a screenshot of the file and Layers panel so we can see and advise better.

Do you want to ask how to export content of single or multiple layers from Layers panel? Can you post screensot wit Layers panel visible and marked layer or layers which you want to export?
