So my extension option in Photoshop v25.0 is greyed out and am not able to figure it out why this happened. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Correct answer Trevor.Dennis

You have to either install existing Extensions, or use the Find Extensions link to look for extensions on Adobe Exchange. Once you have done that, Window > Extensions (legacy) will become available, and show you whatever extensions you have installed.

Note: Some extensions can be tricky to install, so make sure you read any instructions on how to do that.

This doesn't work for extentions not in market place.  I used a extensions for infrared but now the extension tab has diappeared and the legacy button is greyed out.  Adobe seems hell bent on crippling people's workflow.  The leagacy option should always be available.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
