Extensions not opening in PS

Hi all - a complete newbie here. I have installed a couple of Extensions mainly Luminosity Mask Panels and although they both show in the Window>Extensions section when i click on them they show on the panel to the right of screen If i try to click on them they just display briefly then close again. Any advice or help would be greatly received.

We need to know which version of Photoshop you are using and which extensions are in question. Did you check that extensions are compatible with version of Photoshop which you are running?

Hi - I am using PS CC 2019 and yes as far as I know both are compatible.

Ok, which extensions in particular and from where you have downloaded them?
