Extensions? Plugins? not showing up.

I've purchased several Extensions and Plugins in the past. In this latest version of CC - they aren't showing up in the Window > Extension section OR the newly appointed PLUIN tab at the top. However, when I go into my plugin manager I can see that I've got the plugins installed but not able to activate them...

Any ideas?
