Extentions not loaded

Hi! 

I just handed over the files of a portable version of photoshop from 2020 (v21.0.3.91) on my windows 11 laptop. However, when I launch Photoshop.exe, an error messatge appears (you can also see the image (french)): Unable to load the "Acceuil" extention
Version: 2.7.4

I don’t know what to do. A charitable soul could send me this missing file or help me find a solution?
