Extreme lag after new update to PS 2022

Hey, I have the same problem, I have spent all day trying to fix it. I installed the lastest version of my driver and I follow all the tutorials existed in this forum including this one https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually.
