Eye adjustments in PS

Recently upgraded my PS version to 12.0 and have tried to find how to easily adjust eyes in a group photo (some have eyes partly closed others totally closed, it was a windy day, I get totally closed mught be a bridege too far even for AI!). I have a memory that in a past version this was a specific adjustment feature but if I am right has it disappeared?

If it is still a feature where is it? If not, is there an easy way to make eye adjustments. I have tried various forms of using "transform" and "warp" but these are very cumbersome and don't produce a good result. I have also tried to "take" eyes from a different photo but again the results are not great. Various articles indicate that a "face" option exists in PS Elements and I can't believe that the more advanced PS v12 does not have that capability. Any help will be apreciated.

There are certainly ways to tweak facial features in Photoshop CC.  Look at the neural filters.  But opening a closed eye automatically is something that Elements has over its big brother.  Obviously, it is cloning the eye from a sample and it is best to use an open eye of the same person.  I'm going to return this discussion to the original forum since it was moved from the Photoshop forum to the Elements forum.

I assume you are referring to Elements 21.0 which is better known as Elements 2023.  The Open Closed Eye feature is found under the Enhance menu.  It is also found in the Perfect Portrait Guided Edit (located under the Special Edits tab).  I don't know when it was first introduced but Elements version 12 did not have this feature.

Hi, no I am talking about the latest version of PS v24. I can't believe that there is no way to tweak facial features given the sophistication of the upgrade.
