Dear All,

when I want to use the eyedropper tool to set the white balance, and I pick a white area on the picture, all of the picture area become black.

Please help me to solve this error.

Thank you in advance,

Tünde

As for screen recordings:

Are you not using an Adjustment Layer?

Could you please post a screenshot with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Did you restore the Preferences yet?

What are the Options (»Beállítások« I guess) in the Levels dialog?

Why don’t you use a Levels Adjustment Layer?

I restored the Preferences, and it is good now - thank you for your help!
