Eyedropper Tool - How do I delete the create Point Sample hotkey which is SHIFT + OPTION (Mac)

Hello,

When I'm in the color picker, I often accidentally create point samples on my artwork by hitting the hotkey SHIFT + OPTION. I never need to create Point Samples and I end up wasting time undoing or removing Point Samples I hadn't seen upon creation.

I am not aware of any such option. 

Photoshop’s keyboard shortcut customizability is a bit of a mixed bag at current. 

 

I would recommend creating an Action for »Delete all color sampler« (and possibly assigning it a Shortcut) as a work-around for now.
