In all my previous versions of Photoshop, I've assigned an action to F10.  When I updated to 21.0.1 - that key is no longer available but I cannot figure out why.   I've searched for pre-assigned function keys and scrolled through the keyboard shortcuts.  Anyone know where to find it so I can disable it and assign it back to my action?  Thanks

Check your actions panel for the Commands action set which has the F10 shortcut set for the Navigator panel. If so, just delete the action set by dragging to the trash icon at the bottom of the actions panel.

This just deletes the actions from the panel, not your hard drive.

I can assign F10 to an action here, using Photoshop 21.0.1 and Windows 10.

Is it assigned to another action? What happens if you press it?

When I hit F10, it brings up the Navigator panel.   If I hit it again, it closes all my open panels.   Hit it again, the panels reappear including the Navigator panel.

However when I click on the Window menu (see included image), Navigator does not have an F10 next to it.    And in the keyboard shortcuts menu, there is no assigned value to the Navigator window.  I even tried hitting the delete button while Navigator shortcut was highlighted, but it didn't do anything.

YES.   Jeff_Arola .. thank you!    This is the solution.    I've always deleted (or toggled off) the default set of commands and actions that come with the software.  When I re-installed on a new computer, I forgot to do this step so all those function keys were taking precedent over my imported set of actions.    Your answer alleviated a lot of frustration for me.    Thank you thank you!  Sharon
