This is a fake, Photoshop doesn't work. Don't buy it. I wanted Photoshop to make a picture into a drawing for a class and it gave me Lightbox, which can't do a thing.

What exactly do you have installed? Adobe do not make an application called Lightbox.

The only valid way to get Photoshop is to take out a subscription. If you subscribe to the Photography plan then that gets you Photoshop CC plus Lightroom and various mobile apps. Photoshop is capable of doing what you ask, although it has a fairly steep learning curve. Lightroom is for image management and overall adjustments - not pixel editing.

    Hi Dave,
I bought a subscription for a site stating it was Adobe, even used the Adobe logo, but when I expected the Photoshop I bought, I was sold Lightbox and all these other programs, but no Photoshop to be found.

Overseas there is real Photoshop, but here in the US the "photoshop" is all this other crap that doesn't work

Boy are you confused. Angry too, and not yet willing to accept you made a mistake. Still, if you like we can help you figure out what you did wrong. What is the exact name of the subscription you took out, from your account details? When you say Lightbox do you mean lightroom? Because there are both, and each would be a different mistake.
