Falla en el photoshop

disculpen tengo un problema, mi programa de photopshop no se ejecuta, me da error y no puedo usarlo que me recomiendan hacer?, (poseo la versión 25.9 y la uso en mi  LAPTOP-J6MH7VPT marca Dynabook TECRA A40-G con sistema Windows 10 pro education con sistema operativo de procesador 64 bits)

    What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?
    Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
