Feather Edge

I want to feather  the edge of this image. There was a method in this post but I cannot find any thing in my Ps. How to get it?

Feather to what? Transparent? A background color? There are multiple ways to do this, either with a layer mask or blur.

OK I have sorted issue by using Generative Fill. What I mearly want is background color & foreground image should be blend together to give an impression one image.
