And for the sparkles/confetti a Brush with Scattering and randomization (and Pressure Sensitivity) might be utilized.

You could create a custom Brush with some randomization and a Size Fade.

Or look for a Stock image you can adapt.

Or see what you can get out of Generative Fill or Firefly (and adapt that as necessary).
