Fetching subscribtion details won't stop

Hi!

I used photoshop on my Ipad and all of a sudden the app crashed and now when I'm trying to open it again its just continuing saying "Fetching subscribtion details" and it's stuck there....

I have tried shut down the app and the Ipad multiple times but it still says the same.

Please help my work didn't save to the cloud before the bug

Hei, I have the same problem, I have already uninstalled then installed again, but I still face the same problem
