ive been working on this project for hours when my power when out, when i tired opening the file it gave me this

please i desperately need help to recover the file.

Are you able to open other files and projects fine in Photoshop? you may try and reset the Photoshop preferences back to default and check if that helps.

It's a cautionary tale. Always backup your work regularly (and incrementally)  to an external disk and / or the cloud.
