My photoshop version what can i do and how to fix it

    Hi there,

     

    We are sorry about the experience due to the error message you're getting while opening a PSD in Photoshop.

     

    Please share the version of Photoshop along with your computer's OS. Do you get the error message "File is not compatible with this version of Photoshop" while opening a specific PSD?

     

    If you're not getting this error with all the PSD's you work with, please share the problematic PSD file with us by uploading it to your next reply or via DropBox or any other file sharing service.

    Hi

    Is this happening with just one particular file, it could be that the file is corrupt, can you upload it to a file sharing site like DropBox so we can take a look

    Same error for me with Photoshop 2020, tried to open it in Illustrator and unable to read file error, looks like the psd is corrupt, do you have a backup copy
