File Lost-Please help

PS crashed and my recovered document is no where to be found. I have Autosave enabled and I saved the file constantly. I have tried a variety of things

The file was not located in Open Recents

Go>Go to Folder, then input: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CC 2023/AutoRecover.

I have tried to access the Temporary files, but there are none to be found.

If there is any other method please share, so many hours lost.

Hi @habrin did you save your file at all prior to crashing? The autosave feature only starts at first save so if you opened the document, worked on it for a while without saving - there was no autosave file initiated.
