File Not Found in Shared Library

I created a bunch of assets and shared them to a library to share with a co-worker. When they go and try to place the asset in their document, they get the following error message: "Could not place copy.psd because the file was not found". Any thoughts on why this would be happening?

I figured out what was going on. One of the layers in each asset was linked to the cloud so it was looking for that file. I just rasterized the layer and now it's sharing just fine.

How large and how many assets did you upload? PSD files can take longer to fully sync in CC Libraries especially if larger or have multiple layers. How long ago did you add them to the library?

They were added a few days ago. I added about 50 assets. They are not large files.

Hi @Enzo5EB8 it means the files either did not sync or were removed. Check the Deleted folder in assets.adobe.com - are your files there? If not, are you certain you are logged in with the same Adobe ID that the library assets were created with?

Yes, I am only logged into 1 account. So when I check the files in the CC app, they are there.
