File opens very small

It doesn't change the resolution, it just opens every file the size of a postage stamp in my workspace. I have to resize it every time. This is a new and irritating phenomenon. I'm on Windows 10 with CC installed.

    Let's try resetting the Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps. refer: Preferences in Photoshop

    Can you post a screenshot, also what version of PS are you using, remember the more information you provide the easier it is for someone to help
