Hello Everyone.
If I want to resize my Images, only for email, or the web purpose, " NOT FOR PRINT" I always use the File- Export- Save for web Legacy, and I always check the Progressive, Embed Color Profile, and Convert to sRGB Box.
Inside Photoshop, Image Image Size, for the Resample Box, I use Bicubic (smooth gradients). I noticed when I want to use the File- Save for the web. I noticed inside the File-Save For Web Legacy Settings, Inside the Quality Box, there is Bicubic, Bicubic Smoother, Bicubic Sharper, and Nearest Neighbor. Since I sharp my images before saving It fo the web is my settings Ok?
Also, when I click on save- Save Optimized As. Inside settings Box, there is XHTML, What Is that ?
Thank you very much.

Quality inside Save for Web is used only if you decide to scale image inside this dialog, otherwise just ignore it, it won't do anything to your image. Here is link to inform you what is XHTML https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XHTML
