Files on Cloud not sync

I have good internet connection but for the past week the files ARE NOT SYNCING!! It is very frustrated got my file LOCKED. I tried to make it it avaialble offline but got an error!

I updated the latest 26.3. Not use if the reasons I used a VPN on Brave browser but I disconnected already, and the problem is not going away. I tried all the solution listed below and I can't access my files....Is there a support I can connect and solve the issue?

Hey @bradyy28190183!

Does this happen with all your files or just certain ones? Have you tried signing out and then signing back into both the Creative Cloud app and the web version?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the Cloud. You mentioned this started in the past week. Did you make any changes to your system or update Photoshop before the syncing stopped working? What version of Photoshop are you currently using?
