Filter Gallery Error

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue in Photoshop 2025, specifically in the Filter Gallery under the "Sketch" section. When applying any filter from this section, the results do not display correctly. Instead of getting a black-and-white image (as it should be), the output shows completely different colors. I’ve tested it with various images and text, but the issue persists. I’m attaching an example to illustrate the problem.

Before using any of the Sketch filters in the Filter Gallery make sure the colors in the Toolbar are set to Black (Foregrond) and White (Background) you can easily do this by hitting the D key to set the defaults colors of Black and White.
