Filter gallery for the separate filters?

Hi,

is it possible to apply one or several of these filters:

... like it is possible with the special filters of the "Filter Gallery"?

It's annoying and circumstantial with such a small dialog window:

You can apply several Filters to one Smart Object. 

But the Filter Gallery just does not encompass all Filters and several of the »old« Filters have »old« interfaces.
