Filter option on ipad

I have recently purchased ps on my iPad.I can't find the filter option and other options available on the desktop version. Can anyone please advise?

Photoshop iPad brings the key features of Photoshop desktop to the iPad for retouching, spot healing, combining images, and more. And it’s getting better all the time. Filters & effects are currently unavailable.
