Filtergallery not active anymore in this new version PS 2021

Photoshop 2021 Filler gallery is not active.  How can I get the old filtergallery back?

Are you sure that you are working on RGB color mode and 8 bits/channel ?!

That was the problem! Thank you very much. I was working with 16 bits channel, when I changed it to 8 bits I got the filter gallery visible! Thank you so much for helping me.

I have  RGB color mode and 8 bits/channel on and the layer isn't locked

but it still doesn't seem to work  😞
