Finder Within Photoshop 21 has Changed Need to Reset

I'm not sure what to call this, which makes it hard to search. Since 2021 when I open or close a Photoshop file the box that opens is configured differently and often I cannot get the size to change so I can use it. I've used Photoshop daily since 1996 and this has me stumped. Everything is updated to latest version, I'm on an iMac with Big Sur 11.1 and latest PS update. Any ideas? At this stage I don't care if is appalling, face palm easy, I just want to change it. Thank You! Screen Grab attached. -Kathy

I know, you would think it was, but that has no effect on it. It started when I had to trash my preferences after this last big PS update. I am loathe to trash them again, but maybe I should. I don't even know what to call that to search...it's not technically Finder, it's within Photoshop. It is also doing it on my assistant's PS.
