Firefly AI generative fill isn't working

Hello I tried to use the generative fill with a picture and it didn't work when I saw it just show it lightly greyed out to where I couldn't even click on it to use it. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

Hello and that was not the problem I did select something when I came back to my PC and had my mouse over Photoshops icon I say it said 2023 and not 2024 so I was using the old version for some reason the 2023 was still appearing on my taskbar.
