When using photoshop v22.3 I get a message "could not complete request because of a program error" whenever I try to use levels (ctrl l) or curves (ctrl m). I do not get this error when I use photoshop v21.2.6. What can I do?

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop due to the Program error. Our product team is working on a fix for the program error. Meanwhile, you can try the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/2JZDqZB

If the issue persists, please roll back to the previous version of Photoshop using the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/2wH0JjE

Please uninstall the latest version of Photoshop first & select the option to Keep Preferences prior to installing the previous version (21.2.x).

Hi, When opening a new layer using the '+ in a square' icon (bottom right), the error 'Photoshop has encountered a problem and needs to close' appears. There is an option to send the report (xml below), which I have done, giving my email address, but no reply has been receieved. Also, in Edit/Preferences any option gives 'Could not complete the xxxxx command because of a program error'. I have reinstalled, but made no difference. Any help greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

When i go back to older updates other error keep happening everytime i try to use the "rotate" tool, it appears "Could not complete your request because it only works with OpenGL enabled document windows" even though the OpenGl is in fact activated. All my drivers seens to be updated as normal.

Hello,

I need some help troubleshooting some issues on my end with opening any files in Photoshop. Any file I try to open results in the attached error. I also get the same error when I try to close the program. I've had this issue come up over the past couple of versions. Thank you in advance for any help.

O Photoshop não abre nenhum arquivo, não permite que eu acesse a aba de preferencias e nem permite que eu feche o programa.

Instalei versões antigas e mesmo assim o erro persistiu.
