Fixed: Hand Tool won't work in Photoshop 2021

Just installed Photoshop 2021 and noticed that the Hand tool (either H or spacebar + mouse drag) don't work. I get this message: Could not complete your rquest because of a program error.

Need help!

    To update Photoshop to 22.0.1, click "Update" in the Creative Cloud desktop app next to Photoshop.

    it's very funny when you chat with adobe operator and they say: Oh, you have 6GB ram.... the program uses 8GB.... that's the problen. 2GB ram with HAD TOOL will crash PS2021? COME ON! it's a basic function.... SOLVE IT!

    and they say to me that solution is downgrade..... LOL

     

    Everything is working. HAND TOOL not.... and it's the 2GB missing LOL......

      Hi this is may be due to some new coding work which requires more ram you have to wait may be some fix will come otherwise revert back to 2020....regards

          Updated yesterday and surprise! another big program error. Before it was the paste into function not working. now, the hand tool. Adobe, come on! Fix it, quick! it's not a new feature!

            After updating to Photoshop 22.0.0 (Windows) the Pan-Tool does not work anymore: If I use the spacebar to activate the Pan-Tool, I get an error message. The same problem occurs when I use the Toolbar to activate the Pan-Tool. Does anyone have the same problem? Thanks for your help in advance!

              The error message is:

              "The operation could not be carried out because a program error occurred."

               

              The original message in german is:

              "Der Vorgang konnte nicht ausgeführt werden, weil ein Programmfehler aufgetreten ist."

              Hi there,

              Sorry to hear about the program error. Could you please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

              Also, please let us know the operating system version you're using.

              If turning off the GPU does not help, then please try manually restoring the preferences of Photoshop as mentioned HERE and let us know how it goes.

              Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings

              Even trying to click with the hand tool to drag with either a mouse or pen (Wacom cinque 21ux) causes a "could not complete your request because of a program error." Getting real hard to keep up with all these bugs and making designing a real pain in the butt adobe.

                Try other Cintiq drivers.  The hand tool work well with Wacom Intuos pro pen using  WinTab and INK with Photoshop version 22

                I'm not getting any error message but the hand tool shortcut (spacebar + mouse drag) and zoom in/out shortcuts (spacebar + command (+ option)) are not working in Photoshop AND Illustrator 2021. And now, when I open my files in PS and AI 2020, the shortcuts have stopped working there too.
