Flickering UI in Photoshop 2021 to 2024

Hi, 

 I have been experiencing  (very annoying) bugs in Photoshop (all versions from 2021 to 2024 latest 25.5 release) : the UI is flickering (floating windows for layers, colors, actions etc) every time I do a selection, move a layer, pan, zoom... It's the most common bug I encounter, however on other versions of photoshop I've had an additional one where the UI windows go behind the document window.  

my specs : Asus Zephyrus m16 Laptop with a Geforce RTX 4080 Laptop GPU

OS : Windows 11 (same problems occur with Windows 10).

 On some forums people talk about G-sync, enabling acceleration on the Nvidia panel, unchecking multithread compositing, copy to clipboard etc...I have tested Everything I saw there, I updated my drivers (of both cards since it's a laptop it has 2 graphics cards), the laptop has been tested by Asus that found no problem on the graphics card. Nothing works and Adobe's remote assistance didn't solve it (case closed for them apparently).

 I recently found a work around (at least befor the bug creeples back in) : the bug seems to not occur too much when document windows are tabbed/opened as tabs.

 In any case, I would appreciate any help solving this issue.
