flipping shape adds an extra pixel

Hi forum.

I have made a line with the pen tool. When I flipp it to the other side Ctrl+T Horizontal, it adds another pixel as shown in the screenshot. But I have noticed if I flip it horizontally or vertical from the properties panel (when this option is available) it does sit witihn the pixels.

The Align options within the Stroke Options in the top Options bar might help you out.
