Focus stacking script/action - help needed

Is there any way to automate focus stacking in photoshop?

For example - i could have directory "stacking" and inside 1 or more directories with raw files from cameras. Action could take each of directory, then all files in the directory - make auto align all files in each directory, then stack/blend files and save as new 1 file stacked in each directory. Possible to do it?
