Fog brush missing

I downloaded the new 2018cc PS release and was pleased to find a nice fog brush had been added. However, I can only see it on my home computer, not my laptop. Any ideas why this is?

    Without exact info about your systems and  your configuration options nobody can tell you much. Could be as trivial as a preset not loading correctly, could be some issue with hardware acceleration vs. the new-fangled brush engine. Impossible to tell.

    Is it possible that it requires a dedicated GPU?
