I have a user that is getting the following issue on his machine

This message comes up every time Photoshop is ran. The user's workaround is to keep reinstalling the fonts but its starting to become an inconvenience.

I've tried getting in contact with Adobe support but I can't reach a representative and just have no idea what to do with this. Can anyone help?

Are they running as an Admin?

Are you in an IT controlled environment where they are restricting user installs?

I had a similar situation at work and found that each night a script was run to remove user-installed items including fonts.

Yes, this user has admin privileges and yes we are in a controlled environment BUT mostly everyone here has an admin login as we are all techs. I asked the sysadmin and was told that there is no script being run to remove user installed items. It's just a really strange issue that we just can't seem to figure out.

I would confirm that the fonts are loading in a location accessible to all and not just admins, then confirm that the user is running in Admin mode.
