Font not loading

New Here ,
Aug 19, 2018 Aug 19, 2018

I have read the other forums and done EVERYTHING they have recommended.  I have confirmed that Windows recognizes the font just fine.  However when I launch my template I need to use for my image.  I am so frustrated I could scream.  I have been installing and reinstalling the font and Photoshop still doesn't recognize the font installed.  I needed this working yesterday please let me know what the answer is asap.

What language is this font designed for?  I am wondering if you need to make changes in Preferences.

If this is not the case then we need to know:

Photoshop version

Windows version

Language being used

Name of the font and where you sourced it from (is there information there about how to use the font?)

How did you install the font?

Just a thought, but have you restarted Photoshop since installing the font?
