Hello all.

Since today, I am havin a really bad issue with my photoshop. I had created a resume using a font size of 10px, but it is now displaying as more than 30px.

I have checked my image size, and everything is allright. You can check an exemple here of a simple sentence written in 12px on an A4 document with 300ppi. https://prnt.sc/sizsur

Do you guys have any idea on what's going wrong ?

Thank you so much in advance,

Regards.

What is the exact resolution – 300ppi or 300ppcm?

Could you please post a screenshot taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?

My apologies, I had badly translated resolution. It's 300ppi. I also attached a screenshot to my first message, but here is another one with maybe more informations.

Screenshot is taken at View > 100% https://prnt.sc/sj07xw

Thanks a lot.

The size seems fine to me.

Thank you again !

Yes, it seems indeed fine. Any idea why it's looking like this in Illustrator with the exact same document configuration then ? https://prnt.sc/sj0h0a

I overlayed the screenshots and the text seems to be roughly the same height, so I am not sure what the problem is.

The thing I don't get, is that the text is incredibly bigger in Illustrator than Photoshop with the same font size.

You can see that in this screenshot : https://prnt.sc/sj15mv

Check whether your font size is 12pt or 12px. Very different.

So I've been wrong this whole time. Illustator use pt instead of px and it's why it is displaying like this.

Here was the dumbest question of the day, just needed to open a little more my eyes.

Thank you all.
