Has anyone attempted to install the plugin fontea for Photoshop ? It creates a folder that begins with com although when placed in the Program Files > PhotoshopCC 2017 > Plugins folder it doesn't get loaded when starting Photoshop ?
I'm sorry - I wasn't prompted to run Photoshop at all. I did so of my own accord, to see if the installation worked.
From what you're describing, that last sentence appears to me to possibly be an issue with Photoshop, itself. You say it shows up at first, then disappears. Are you running any other extensions? If so, I'd suggest there may be a conflict, and so turning them all off (or removing them from the folder, temporarily) will answer whether there's a conflict. It's possible something else

I have the same problem I installed it to the both folders.in plug-ins folder as well as in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018\Required\CEP\extensions.
But I got error while applying font to my text layer. I have PS 2018 CC

shoaibk97559232 What error are you getting ? I think you don't need this extension anymore with 2018 let me find out.

I got this error..... Photoshop CC 2018 has not all the google fonts..I need this extension to work for me....but vain in my efforts.

Nope....when i clicked on each font.. i got this error.....all fonts are faulty.

The top of the page mentions Photoshop 2014/2015 only; It's most likely not compatible with 2017.
